Jeff Albee

Jeff Albee brings over 30 years of experience leading and consulting on complex commercial real estate transactions where he has been involved in the sale and lease of more than $1.5 billion dollars of real estate investment assets (over 20 million square feet). With an emphasis on building long term values for clients, Jeff draws on his experience in real estate brokerage to distinguish himself as one of the top investment sales brokers in Los Angeles, and he has consistently ranked as a “Top Advisor” at SVN since joining the company. Jeff’s background includes managing various teams of commercial real estate advisors who have specialized in industrial, office, multifamily, and retail properties. Jeff’s reputation of being a successful advisor, executive, and mentor is brought on by his exceptional work ethic and incomparable market knowledge. Travis Albee

Travis Albee is Vice President at SVN Rich Investment Real Estate Partners. He specializes in sales and acquisitions of office properties (i.e. creative office and medical buildings) and all types of retail properties. Travis is one of the most recognized investment brokers in North Los Angeles today.

Christian Hayes

Christian Hayes specializes in leasing, representing both business and building owners for office and medical, retail and industrial properties for the San Fernando and Conejo valleys.

Notably, he represented AH Warner Center Properties, LLC, with CB Richard Ellis, in the leasing of a 1.8 million square foot, Class A, high rise project in Woodland Hills, where he completed over forty lease transactions. He is consistently on the cutting edge of commercial real estate leasing strategies and responds to the needs of his clients with acuity and expertise.

Vinny Jacobellis

Vinny is an office and retail investment specialist focusing on the greater Los Angeles area and surrounding markets. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Vinny brings a vast amount of knowledge and understanding of the LA market. Vinny attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo for college where he received his undergraduate degree in Agricultural Business. Vinny is highly analytical, has a great work ethic and has a great ability to understand his client’s goals and priorities, always putting his clients first.

Vinny enjoys surfing and snowboarding as well has rooting on his favorite LA sports teams. When not working, Vinny loves spending time with his family and volunteering with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
