Jeff Albee

Jeff Albee brings nearly 30 years of experience to his role as Executive Vice President of SVN Rich Investment Real Estate Partners. With an emphasis on building long term relationships, Jeff draws on his experience in real estate brokerage to creating exemplary outcomes for a wide variety of clients. Jeff has been involved in the sale and lease of more than one billion dollars of commercial real estate. His expertise focuses primarily on office and retail properties in the San Fernando and Conejo Valleys.

Jeff serves as a real estate advisor to many individual owners, private investors, institutions and family trusts with holdings throughout the United States. He is well known for its professionalism and integrity, setting it apart in a crowded industry. Jeff also advises multi-generational real estate families on a broad range of real estate strategies. He is widely regarded in commercial real estate circles as one of the industry’s most talented and prolific professionals. Jeff has been named by Los Angles Business Journal as one of the Most Influential Brokers in the Greater Los Angeles Area.

Jeff started his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield where he specialized in selling and leasing medical office buildings in the San Fernando Valley. He built an impressive reputation by providing his clients with the highest level of service and diligently working to maximize the return on their investments.

Travis Albee

Travis Albee is Vice President at SVN Rich Investment Real Estate Partners. He specializes in sales and acquisitions of office properties (i.e. creative office and medical buildings) and all types of retail properties. Travis is one of the most recognized investment brokers in North Los Angeles today.

Travis tenaciously assists his clients through major transitions with their commercial real estate portfolios. As a commercial real estate owner himself, Travis thinks and works like a sophisticated, hands-on owner when overseeing his client’s properties. He has experience in almost every facet of the business, from: tenant rep to Landlord representation, to property management, as well as investment sales. Tilden Moschetti

Tilden Moschetti is a highly regarded expert in commercial real estate and has been featured on NPR, NBC News and the San Francisco Chronicle. Christian Hayes

Christian Hayes specializes in leasing, representing both business and building owners for office and medical, retail and industrial properties for the San Fernando and Conejo valleys.

Notably, he represented AH Warner Center Properties, LLC, with CB Richard Ellis, in the leasing of a 1.8 million square foot, Class A, high rise project in Woodland Hills, where he completed over forty lease transactions. He is consistently on the cutting edge of commercial real estate leasing strategies and responds to the needs of his clients with acuity and expertise.

Anya Moschetti

Anya Moschetti, CPA is a real estate advisor with over five years of experience, having started her career on the ownership side of commercial real estate. Mrs. Moschetti is responsible for reviewing and underwriting investment opportunities, with the focus on cash flow and investor return analysis. She is also in charge of marketing and copywriting for private equity investments. Mrs. Moschetti is a CPA licensed in the state of California, holds two Master’s degrees in Economics and Psychology and is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian languages.

Josh Snyder

Josh Snyder specializes in the sales and acquisitions of dialysis clinics and single-tenant investments across the country. His attention to detail, work ethic and integrity allows him to best serve his clients on a national level.

Client relationships are of the utmost importance to Josh, which is why he works on building lasting relationships throughout the years with his customer base. He believes that a happy client is a repeat client and thus is always one step ahead of the competition by putting the clients’ needs on top of the priority list. Josh’s focus on research and market data gives him the competitive edge when it comes to providing information to his clients.

Josh is a graduate of Willamette University in Salem, Oregon where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in English. Before launching his career in commercial real estate, Josh worked in motion picture marketing in the film industry for various studios, including The Walt Disney Studios and Universal Pictures. His time working in entertainment allowed Josh to utilize his intense work ethic where he thrived in a demanding and fast-paced environment. These same attributes have contributed to his continued and growing success in commercial real estate and with the SVN – Pacific Bridge Team.
